REACH - Madison

Madison (Bishop Ward class of 2013)

I attended Saint Louis University for my undergraduate career, and just graduated this past May with my Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I am continuing at SLU for my Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology.

REACH was a huge benefit for me while I was in high school, and continued to be as I worked towards my college degree. I received help with my applications, and was encouraged to continue to work my hardest even after I was accepted into school. While at SLU, I received financial aid from the REACH program, and I will always be grateful. Not having to worry about money for books was always one less stress, and allowed me to truly focus on my academics. Getting into graduate school was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do so far, and REACH truly did help me be able to reach my dreams.
